Passionate about local and seasonal produce our chefs pride themselves on making everything we serve in-house. They bake the bread, cure and smoke the meat and fish and create all their own condiments.
Our Head Chef, Ben Keal, trained in the South of France and has worked in restaurants throughout the UK. Ben joined The Stables Bar in 2013 following stints as Head Chef at Melbourne restaurants The City Wine Shop and the European.
We’re famous for our cocktail creations. We share a genuine passion for the integration of food and wine. Our wine list continues to evolve as new wines and styles become available, while remaining loyal to the many great wines that have been produced in Australia over the last 20 years.
