This year The Stables is celebrating Cup Day, the way we know how - with great food and drinks. Enjoy 3.5 hours of free-flowing Leeuwin Estate Wines, Veuve Cliquot and Belvedere, plus beers on tap. Topped off by a curated menu by Executive Chef Ben Keal and Head Chef Patrik Lechner.

This event sells out every year, so we've decided to take the event up a notch and run the event across two levels. Plus the Howie Morgan band will be bringing the energy, and we'll even give out prizes for best dressed - so give it a red hot crack.

Paul Nelson Wines are a small, family-owned and operated wine producer. Using minimal intervention techniques, they produce small batch and quality-focused wines. From Denmark, Western Australia, they produce our ‘Karriview Vineyard’ wines, which are consistently awarded among Australia’s Top Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines.

Hosted in our dining room, let Paul Nelson take you through his stable of wines including brands such as Paul Nelson, Karriview, and Le Viandier, and learn about his processes. Indulge those tastebuds as our Executive Chef, Ben Keal, and our Head Chef, Patrik Lechner, deliver a carefully curated 4-course menu to complement.
